After adding chemicals, attention should be paid to controlling the boiler water indicators, with a pH value between 10-12 and a total alkalinity of 6-26mmol/L.
At the same time, regular discharge should be carried out with a discharge rate generally maintained between 5-10%, at least once per shift, and each time should not exceed 30-60 seconds. If there is no change in water level after discharge, check whether the old scale that has fallen off has blocked the pipeline. If the pipeline is blocked, timely measures should be taken.
